Scope

This policy covers the datverse.dev website only. Data we handle inside client engagements — codebases, databases, documents, models — is governed by the master services agreement and any data-processing terms signed for that engagement, not by this page. Our website terms of use describe how the site itself may be used.

What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and brief you submit. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share this information with third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. Traffic measurement is Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that works without cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and shows us only aggregate metrics such as page views and referrers — never an individual visitor's identity.

Third-party services

A few external services are involved in serving this site, and your browser talks to them directly. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs for security and operations. Web fonts load from Google Fonts and Fontshare, so those CDNs see the IP address and user agent of the request, as any web server does. When you submit the contact form, the submission is relayed to us by Web3Forms. None of these services receive your form contents except Web3Forms, and none of them are given your identity by us.

Storage and retention

Brief submissions are relayed to our email by a form-relay service (Web3Forms). Web3Forms stores submissions for 30 days for delivery reliability; we retain the email copy only as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can request deletion at any time by emailing datverse.ai@gmail.com.

What we don't do

No accounts, no ad networks, no retargeting pixels, no selling or renting of data, no cross-site profiles. The only personal data that reaches us is what you choose to type into the contact form.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, these rights are protected under GDPR; if you are in California, under CCPA. Either way: email us and we'll handle it within ten business days.
