About this site
This site is operated by DatVerse LLC, a Texas limited liability company. It exists to share information about our services and to receive enquiries from prospective clients.
Use of content
Case studies, copy, and visuals on this site are the property of DatVerse LLC unless otherwise credited. You may reference our work with attribution; please don't republish full case studies without asking. Source code shown in articles or our open repositories is licensed per the LICENSE file in each repository.
Acceptable use
Don't attack, probe, or attempt to disrupt the site; don't scrape it at abusive rates; and don't submit the contact form pretending to be someone you're not. Automated access for ordinary indexing (search engines, link previews) is welcome.
Engagement terms
Anything you read here is general information, not a binding offer. Actual engagement terms — scope, deliverables, schedule, payment, IP assignment, warranties — are defined in the signed master services agreement and the per-project statement of work. If anything on this page conflicts with that signed paperwork, the signed paperwork wins.
Third-party links
Case studies and articles link to live client sites and external resources. Those sites are run by their owners; we're not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is". Case studies describe specific engagements at a point in time; stacks, metrics, and URLs can change after publication, and nothing here is a guarantee of identical results for your project.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DatVerse LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Our liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute is to be resolved in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.
Severability
If any provision of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. How we handle the information you send us is covered by the privacy policy.
